Açaí Bowl

Have you heard all the craze over Açaí? This fancy super food is often made as a “bowl” I decided to one at home. There are many different ways this can be done. 

One packet frozen açaí 
One tablespoon almond butter
One frozen banana
Five frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
About 1/4 Almond or soy milk
2 Tablespoons raw hulled hemp seeds
Top with fresh sliced banana, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cocoa nibs and some granola. Drizzle with some agave on top. 

I am spoiled because I have a Vitamix with a frozen dessert setting which blends this perfectly with a little help from the tamper. If you don’t have a Vitamix I highly recommend it. They are expensive but it is worth the investment! 

This is a delicious dessert or breakfast. For me it was dessert!
