What's for dinner tonight?

Make a meal out of some ”Staples” OR Things you should always have in stock! This is an EASY dish and you can add ANYTHING to it!

1 15oz can Black beans

1 12 oz Canned diced tomatoes in juice

1 cup left over brown rice

Handful of Kale

1 Bay Leaf

Season to your liking with salsa verde, Smoked paprika, Garlic powder, Ground cumin

Cook dry black beans (or heat canned) with bay leaf. Place a handful of kale with a splash of water in a microwave bowl. Heat covered for 1-2 minutes. Top steamed kale with rice beans, tomatoes and salsa. Shake your seasonings to taste over and consume!
