I cannot tell you how many times people have asked me "does your husband eat like you?" Well, he does at home and does good job making healthy choices outside our home. But as I always say...Everyone is on their own journey!
1 28 ounce can of crushed organic tomatoes
1 16oz can of organic black beans rinsed
1 16 ounce can of organic red kidney beans rinsed
½ bag of Textured Soy Protein
1 green bell pepper
1 white onion diced
1 pablano pepper
3 cloves of garlic
2 cups chopped baby bella mushrooms
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
Smoked paprika, salt, cumin, chili powder and cayenne to taste OR chili seasoning mix packet.
Cook all the veggies add everything else and season to taste. Get creative, add your favorite spicy pepper or seasoning if you like. Simple tasty man meal!
