Overnight Oats

I personally like my oats cold and I like my breakfast ready fast! You can combine any of your favorite fruit, nuts or spices to oats and change it up often! 

Combine 1/2 rolled oats

1 cup non-dairy milk

1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Sliced strawberries, bananas, chopped walnuts, and raisins. Sprinkle with cardamon.

Mix, cover and place in the refrigerator. Wake up in the morning and enjoy!
