Swiss chard! 😍 One of my favorite vegetables and definitely my favorite leafy green. Cooking greens is an easier way to get a big serving in, and as I’m sure you all know greens are an essential part of a healthy diet! 😉

Here I pulled the stems off the leaves and cooked those first with the onion garlic and any other seasoning you like. (Thyme, rosemary, marjoram, oregano, bay leaf etc) 

I decided to add mushrooms today which I don’t normally do. 
Then added hand torn the leaves at the end. 
Sometimes I add vegetable broth and make a soup!
