There are many different variations of this out there. This is a simple way to prepare it and is quick! This is my go to after a long run!
Extra firm tofu
Diced green and red bell peppers
Diced portobello mushroom
1-2 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
Season with Braggs, garlic and paprika or another smoke seasoning. Crumble tofu with your hands. Combine in skillet, no oil needed! You can add black beans if you like as well!
Add hot sauce if you like. I sometimes chop a potato on the side that I baked in the oven on parchment paper at 400 for about 25 minutes and season with garlic.
